Catalent’s 15m x 21m exhibit created a vibrant networking hub designed for both casual and private meetings, supporting over 200 pre-scheduled interactions at CPhI World Wide in Milan. Drawing inspiration from Milan’s Starbucks Reserve, the space featured open seating areas, semi-private upholstered booths with charging stations, and two enclosed conference rooms for high-level discussions. A central bar with dual barista stations served as a hospitality focal point, complemented by a buffet on the second day to foster further connections. A large LED screen showcased Catalent’s capabilities, while fabric mesh archways and custom wood-laminate construction added sophistication to the design.
